Calisthenics is a team-based sport that offers a unique combination of dancing, singing, gymnastics and technical skill, and develops strong, confident leaders through friendship and teamwork.
Beejays Calisthenics Club Inc. is a Werribee-based, family-oriented club with experienced coaches who provide a fun and friendly environment for girls, boys and women to enjoy the sport of calisthenics. We cater to beginners through to experienced performers, and have classes for children, teens and adults.
Classes are held Monday and Wednesday nights at Lollypop Creek Community Centre, Werribee.
The first two classes are free so come on down and give it a try!
